Poor service. No communication
I had never used this company before now. Bought a helmet with next day delivery and was emailed to say it was going to be delivered late. Nine days after paying for the item I still had not received it. I messaged the company. No reply. Four days after I had emailed them, a message came through saying it was unavailable and a refund would be issued. I needed a quality helmet for an off road trip and had to buy another to go with. As of today I still haven’t been refunded! Wouldn’t bother using this company again. Disappointed.

I had a great experience with Probikekit! Although I initially had an issue with my order, their customer service team quickly resolved it and provided me with a full refund.
