Great service. Don't believe the bad reviews, like I did.
I ordered a Sterzo Smart, two months ago. Their price was 25% less than Amazon's best deal, and with shipping, half the price of what I'd pay for it here in South Africa. Went ahead, paid the "crazy low price" then, after hearing nothing about the progress of my order, a day later, got cold feet, as a first-time purchaser from Probikekit. Read some scary reviews here, and on some cycling discussion groups, and panicked, thinking I'd been scammed. Sent a message on the website trying to cancel my order, and had feedback within hours, from Claire, who set my mind at ease.
From then on, Patrick updated me about my order when I asked, and now, 2 months later, all the way in South Africa, I have my Sterzo Smart in my hand. It took a while, but thank you all so much.

Incompetent Support
I bought a bike which was to be delivered on May 8th As of today May 23rd there is no sign of it. The only way to interact is through Twitter messenger and that has proven to be hugely frustrating with at times bizarre responses. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I have to say I'm finished with Probike Kit

The story goes on
The story goes on! After trying to arrange the return of my item they insisted that they arrange a courier to collect. The day of the collection came and went with no courier organised. ProBikeKit tried to blame me for not sending all of the required information to make the booking, which simply wasn't true as every question was answered correctly and accurately. I have since returned the £228.00 parcel via Royal Mail Special Delivery, I have proof of delivery with a signature and photo and yet they say there is no sign of the item. They have now instructed me to wait a further 2 weeks for their warehouse to locate the package at their depot after which point they will happily start an investigation. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

TERRIBLE SERVICE FOLLOWING INCORECT ITEMS DISPATCHED AND NO REFUND SO FAR
I ordered a cycle stand from ProBikeKit. Unfortunately, they delivered a different stand that was worth less half of the one originally purchased. After many messages, they eventually agreed to arrange a courier (FedEx) to collect. Once they had received the stand back they dispatched what was supposed to be the stand that I had ordered but instead sent another of the cheaper stands. Again after many more messages, they eventually arranged FedEx to collect again. FedEx did a great job and have provided proof of receipt for both items. However, ProBike now claim that despite someone in their organisation signing for both deliveries they now can't find one of them. The whole process has taken over 7 weeks, I am still out of pocket, and have wasted many hours trying to return the incorrect items and then trying to get my money back.
You can only contact via the message centre. It takes weeks to get anywhere. They close messages threads as completed when they are not. They don't read or understand what has been said before. It is an utterly frustrating and non-customer focussed and they try and blame the customer for their own incompetence (twice dispatching the wrong item, and then claiming to lose one). Avoid this company unless you are prepared to spend hours sorting out what should have been a simple order. It looks like the only way to get money back will be to claim back from credit card company.
