Enough is enough ProBikeKit; I’m sorry to say that this is going to be yet another negative review of your company. I’ve been incredibly patient whilst I wait for you to refund me for the rear mech that I returned over a month ago now. There have been a series of frustrating delays from your side that have made me wary of ever ordering from you again.
I rarely write negative reviews, but you give me no choice. If there are any potential customers reading this, please be aware that any difficulties that may arise with your order, could well take a long time to resolve.
Here is how my my poor customer experience unfolded:
I notified ProBikeKit on the same day that I received my package and requested the refund. As others have commented, you can only communicate through their messaging system; live chat is deactivated and there is no email address. This introduces an immediate delay in getting a response from them, which slows everything down unnecessarily.
I was advised to use FedEx to return my package, which I dutifully did. It took 10 days to get a return label sent to me and a further week before the item was collected.
I tracked the package on the FedEx app and eventually it said it had arrived at ProBikeKit’s warehouse. I then waited another week for a refund; nothing happened. I followed up with them and they said the package never arrived and/or they couldn’t find it in the warehouse; they promised to investigate.
Another week passed and nothing. I chased up again; they said they were still investigating. Another week has now passed and still nothing.
How much longer will I have to wait ProBikeKit?

Prompt customer service
Unfortunately, the item I purchased was too small. PBK was great in helping me with the return process as this was my first time that I had to return anything. I was told that once my item had been received, I would receive a confirmation email and then a refund processed. I hadn't heard anything for a while and had allowed extra time for the process to work but in the end, I had to get back in contact with PBK providing proof of postage etc... for them to investigate. "Taylor" the customer service representative was great in following up, keeping me up to date and then proceeding to process the refund.

Still haven't received refund after been MADE to create paypal account or i wouldn't get any money back!!!
I was made to create a PayPal account as they refused to refund back onto my bank card (original payment method) Said it was either PayPal or nothing.... I still haven't received any money back. This has now been 7 full days and 16 days since i first requested to return the faulty item. I have been contacting them via social media but now they are no longer responding. They assured me i did not need to contact my bank with a dispute claim but leaving me with no option now.

Having been a customer of Probike Uk for several years, I have always been satisfied with their range of products, price and service ….. until recently where I arranged for a return of Lake Mens road shoes which were too small. I received the returns label which was printed for their Poland warehouse. After 1 week I checked to see if Probike had received my return package to be told, returns can’t be sent to their Poland warehouse and that I would need to retrieve the package from Polish Customs and that I would need to pay for the package to be resent to another address. Given I had already paid £16 for the initial package to be sent I disputed the charge only to be met with inconsistent e mail replies for many different customer service agents ……. None of whom answered as to why I was sent a pre printed returns label for Poland. My persistence didn’t give up despite 9 emails of very poor service. Eventually a customer service agent by the name of Taylor was extremely helpful and could see what a poor experience I had received where she arranged an immediate refund. Thank you Taylor, I hope other Probike customer service agents take a leaf out of your book and avoid unnecessary e mail replies that fail to answer the question or provide a decent level of service.
