Packaging water damaged
The packaging that the helmet came in looks as if it has been water damaged as it came badly stained from Pro bike kit which is disappointing.
Luckily the helmet arrived in a plastic bag so does not seem damaged.

Always a great experience
ProBikeKit makes shopping simple. The site is very easy to negotiate and find items. The descriptions are well laid out and informative. Prices are very competitive. And checking out is so easy with a great range of options for any budget. Items are dispatched very quickly using Royal Mail 48 hr service. The tracking is excellent and the goods have always arrived safely, on time. I love that! If ProBikeShop has it, buy it! You won't be disappointed... In my opinion their level of service is second only to none.

Easy ordering and prompt confirmation
Always easy to find what I want on the website. Prices are great and confirmation of order happens within minutes. Delivery times are quick in the main, rare there's any delay.

First class service. Ordered rear wheel online 7:30pm and wheel delivered 09:15am next morning. Also wheel as competitive price wise as anywhere on the internet

Hands down the worst and most unhelpful customer service experience of my life!
Purchased smart trainer from ProBikeKit, good price at the time and delivered as expected, all good up to this point. I have bought something else since again with no issues.
However the trainer developed a fault which appears to be common to the model, contacted the manufacturer who were fantastically helpful and confirmed the product as faulty and said to return to distributor for exchange. Here is where the issues began.
The returns process at ProBikeKit appears to be deliberately designed to be as difficult to navigate as possible such as ridiculous specifics such as writing on the packaging "RETURNS" or they will not be accepted etc, I followed these to the letter eventually getting a returns authorisation and was told to arrange collection while being provided with a link which didn't work (again seems to be a common thing) navigated that, no collection happened, phoned FedEx and got collection rearranged which eventually took place, the item was shown as delivered on the 5th of June, it says "allow 10 days for the item to be received"
on the 28th I contacted "customer services" via the message center (the only way to contact them) with all the return details, order number, tracking number etc, this was met with a response saying -
"Hello Mark,
Thank you for contacting us about your returned item.
I have checked with our Returns Department, and it does not appear that we have received this back. If your tracking confirms this has been delivered to us, please allow 14 days from receipt for our Returns Department to process this. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email that your refund or replacement has been processed.
If after 14 days you have still not received your confirmation, please upload your proof of postage or tracking details as an attachment, and we will be happy to investigate this for you.
Should your item be delivered to us in the meantime, you will receive an automated email from our warehouse letting you know that a refund or replacement has been requested.

I responded with proof of delivery and pointed out the obvious that not only they had the requested 14 days but also a further 9 days beyond that and I had still not heard anything, the response I received to the tracking information was EXACTLY the same as the first response aside from the name at the bottom!
A further response from me prompted the SAME reply again with yet another name at the bottom, at this point it is getting a little bit ridiculous - this is a £500 item for which I have proof is in their care and yet they are refusing to acknowledge receipt of the parcel!
I began this warranty return process on the 19th of May and as writing this on the 1st of July I am in a worse position than I was with the faulty item as I currently have nothing, no product, no money and the worst communication and service that I have ever experienced in my life, do not use this company! AVOID!

Expensive custom fees are applied when shipping abroad.
There is no indictation during purchase of how much these will be.
UPDATE: They replied to this review stating they would like to help..... this was just to look good..... they didn't contact me to help.
