No warranty on Probikekit product
I bought a set of Mavic wheels less than a year ago. The freehub has failed. It turns out that Probikekit source their wheels (and possibly other products) from an unauthorised third party, which means the 1 year warranty does not exist! Mavic have confirmed this in the case of my wheels. I appealed to Probikekit to send me a new rear wheel given the circumstances - they don't care one bit.
So beware ... you are probablying stuff that has no warranty, which really frustrates when things go wrong.
Deceptive and arrogant service from Probikekit.

I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes of placing it.
In my account, in the order section, it was showing the order status as cancellation in progress! The next day, more than 12 hrs later I am informed the item has been dispatched! How does that happen.
