Dear ProBikeKit,
I am outraged by the abysmal service I received from your company. I recently ordered two bike parts, but to my shock and dismay, I only received one.
It is utterly unacceptable that you can't even fulfill a simple order correctly. For example, I paid for two items, yet you only dared to send one. What kind of operation are you running here?
I have had it with companies like yours that promise the world and deliver nothing. But, unfortunately, companies like yours give online retailers a lousy name. Your incompetence is staggering, and I can't believe you have the nerve to charge customers for items you don't even bother sending.
I demand that you rectify this situation immediately. I want my missing item sent to me as soon as possible, and I expect you to cover any additional shipping costs that may be incurred due to your mistake.
If you can't handle fulfilling simple orders correctly, then you have no business in retail. You can be sure that I will never use your services again, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid your company like the plague.
If the item is discontinued, kindly do the refund.

I shop here quite often... reliable and fair price. shipping costs are the only negative being that I reside in the US. US online sites usually have free shipping.
