Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a bike rack in Dec for delivery to my son in CA. Instead, it was sent to my home in NM. They would not forward to CA but allowed me to return it to Poland. Somehow it ended up back on my doorstep weeks later. I was then told to send it to their KY address at my own expense which they would then refund me for purchase and reimburse me the postage. This morning they say they never got it.
This mess is all their fault and I am out close to $300 and they have washed their hands of the matter.
Buyer beware!!!!

Dealing with Pro Bike Kit reputable Dealer
I have never had a bad experience with Pro Bike Kit.
Your prices are always competitive. Trying to hit your 3 hour window can be difficult, but it is a great incentive. Most USA bikes are equipped with Shimano or Sram and it would be good if you offered them with your competitive prices. This is my first time using a Campagnola product.

Wrong freehub
The discription of the item i received is totally inaccurate. It said direct replacement but its not. You cant fit shimano 105 cassette on a campagnolo free hub.

Out of stock sent me a different tire.
I ordered 2 tires and was sent a tire that I did not order and I believe that was because they were out of stock. I did send the tire back and was refunded, but I have not yet been refunded for the return postage. They did not send me a prepaid return lab.
