I purchased a bycicle and it was delivered on time and even earlier. The good was received in perfect condition and according to what was ordered.
I suggest to specify with more details and information the technical specs of the product because I had to find out by myself the detailed characteristics of the bycicle. I would appreciate if a customer service chat could be available on the website.

The website is excellent with a great variety and very good prices. Customer service a little less so, I had an issue with a jersey, sent them an email but never got a reply.

Purchase very fast and easy but no customer service.
Purchase very fast and easy.
Problem: tyres have many options and once ordered I understood that I chose the wrong one, but it was unpossible to modify the order or have a chat with customer service in order to explain the problem.
You have to receive the goods and eventually reject it.
I decided to keep it even if I would have preferred a higher protection tyre.
Customer service not available.

Slow Service Unfortunately
I have ordered from this company before, but would look for alternatives next time. I ordered an item that was described as 'in stock', but it was then not passed to the courier until 7 working days later - which makes me think either the information on the website was misleading or the order fulfilment process was very inefficient. The experience probably merited one star but have given two because my previous experience with them was OK, so hopefully this was a one off problem.
