A sua encomenda foi-lhe entregue no quarto dia útil, em vez de 6, porém, só foi enviada 3 dias depois de a ter feito, neste caso fomos nós que tivemos atraso. A razão é porque quando temos muitas encomendas para enviar, damos a prioridade ás encomendas feitas em expresso, como a SEUR, por exemplo. Peço desculpa pelo incómodo causado.
Em relação ao produto que recebeu com defeito, acho estranho o senhor nunca nos ter contatádo a esse respeito.

Order and deliver with no hicup, but poor tracking information
Order was easy to perform but delivery took more time than I would like in both preparation/shipping and then delivery. Tracking information was nonexistent, first time it got updated was on the day I have received the bike.
