I ordered 3 bikes there - all were faulted (misaligned brakes, defective brakes, unbalanced wheels), and when I reported this, Probikeshop did not reimburse me completely. Very disappointed.

Not to be recommended. Ordered and received order confirmation then, several days later that they are out of stock. Did not want to deliver the bike anymore. I could have bought the bike for the same price elsewhere but did not so quite a loss with order cancelled. Not a trustworthy seller!

The delivery was very fast, got the parcel a couple of days after the order. The packaging was very good, and all the components ordered were in perfect state.
I have already mounted on my new set of rim-brake alloy wheels (Vision Team 35) the new cassette Shimano 105 R7000 with 11/30 sprocket ratio keeping the default short rear dereiller (no need to swap it for a medium or large one). Changed the old chain with the new one just bought, a KMC X11EL silver, very light indeed, and mounted a pair of Continental set of inner tubes (race) with 6 cm presta valve length, together with a pair of Michelin Pro Race 4 tyres. Had to put a black electric tape (1 turn is enough) around the presta valve at the base) in order to avoid any potential noise cause by the valve touching the alloy wheel while riding bumping roads. My Merida Scultura 400 is faster with this new setting (wheels+tubes+tyres+chain+cassette combination) and I can enjoy better any 2-digits uphill now with the 11-30 teeth cassette. Vincenzo

The website said that the items would be shipped the same day. I ordered them on Sunday expecting them to be shipped on Monday (everything was in stock) but they did not ship until Wednesday and the items finally arrived on Saturday. Normally this is not a problem but it is written in bold letters that all items shipped same day if ordered early. Please if you are not going to have same day shipping don't advertise same day shipping. Other than that they have great prices and really good sales.

Everything went very well. Order was delivered swiftly, communication was good and everything at a fair rate. Recommended.
