I ordered 3 bikes there - all were faulted (misaligned brakes, defective brakes, unbalanced wheels), and when I reported this, Probikeshop did not reimburse me completely. Very disappointed.

Very speedy delivery. I inquired if rim tape would be included with the delivery of the wheels, the agent said it wasn't. Upon opening of the boxes I saw it was, so nice surprise.

I ordered I my bike monday and it was shipped to my door by wednesday morning already. The bike was perfectly easy to put together and it was ready to ride after 30 minutes. So I highly recommend Probike Shop!

Everything is ok. Super prices, especially when stuffs became on sale, then they are very cheaper which is great.
I'll give you a minus or a "4 stars" because I have a problem with something about paying. Problem is that, that I cannot to order something on "cash on delivery". I don't know why, but from last few days that option doesn't exist anymore when I come to step 4. (paying).
I sent you a problem on your e-mail, first time I got fast answer, but next time after three my e-mails to you and still no one doesn't answered anything to me.

Am Samstag, 18.01.14 etwas von DT Swiss bestellt und es am Mittwoch, 22.01.14 erhalten per UPS. Und das auf die Entfernung vom Raum Lyon/Frankreich nach Hamburg/Germany. Sehr gutes Ergebnis. Und die Ware war fabrikneu - wie im Shop angeboten. Etwas mehr Füllmaterial im Karton als Stoßdämpfer wäre noch besser gewesen. Aber alles heil angekommen. :-)

On Saturday, 01/18/14 ordered something from DT Swiss, and on Wednesday, 22.01.14 received via UPS. And that upon the distance from Lyon / France to Hamburg / Germany. Very good result. The product was brand new - as described in the shop. A little more filler in a box as a shock absorber would have been even better. But everything arrived safely :-)
