Accidentally dropped an item
Accidentally dropped an item, heard a tutt from behind the counter from which seems to be the manager, and then heard him say to staff member,, I’m not clearing it up u can!!!!!!. I picked up the worst of it and the nice young girl swept the small pieces. Then I went to pay the girl and she asked the , what seemed to be the manager,, to wrap my items in tissue and it almost felt like a mission for him. Think maybe he needs to lighten up a bit. All in all, pleased with items but not some of staff.

The only thing I would improve is your Black Friday deals - several deals in the knife section but I wanted 3 specific knives and didn't get any discount - maybe consider a multibuy deal across all knives for next year's Black Friday - buy 3, get 10% off or similar
