Bought a knife set that was displayed with a specific knife they no longer stock or sell, offered to buy it but was refused, even offered a charity donation. Disappointing!

I bought the wrong size knife
I bought the wrong size knife. I went back the following day and requested an exchange. The knife I needed wasn't in stock but the assistant immediately ordered it on-line for me. Delivery took place the following day. What excellent service!

Excellent choice of cookware in a well displayed environment. Great advise given by the sales assistant who guided us through our choice of saucepans and knives.
