Junction 32 Castleford - Jade
We visited the Pro Cook outlet at Junction 32 Castleford today, just to have a look around and see what was what. We didn't really have any intention on purchasing anything but we did need a new big frying/sauce pan.
I hate shopping for kitchen stuff. I find the choice overwhelming and usually the shops quite stuffy. But Pro Cook has always felt a little different when we've made purchases from there before.
We had the pleasure of being helped by Jade, who was listening in to our conversation about pans and not knowing what we wanted or needed. - She was really helpful and informative and eventually made a sale as we were confident in what she was telling us.
She is an asset to the team there and she's a natural salesperson.
I run a sales business and if she ever wants to come and work for me I'd welcome her with open arms. Truly a credit to the business; she should be recognised.

Service was excellent and a good range of products.
Service was excellent and the sales lady was helpful.
Went in for a look and came out with a bag full of items. Love the hessian bags.
Found the offer of purchasing 3 for £18 good valves. The newer range of utensils please can you do a large spoon with hole in.
Would certainly go back and get the crockery set. Was looking at and not sure what to pick.
