The store in Cirencester is well laid out. I was fortunate as I was early in to the shop and the salesperson had time to explain the availability of the products that I wanted.

Knowledgable staff
The range of available products was broad. The quality seems good. Time will tell on that, of course.
I was asked if the item I had picked was correct and an explanation was given that was fair and accurate. I was then given care instructions which were timely and useful. A good experience all round.

Great little saucepan

This is a brilliant kitchen accessories company
This is a brilliant company. The customer service we received from the sales person was friendly, helpful and professional. She made a big effort to find the item we were searching for and when she couldn’t find it, she went online. We bought a flask and a lemon squeezer. The Cirencester showroom is a must to visit. It is spaciously set out and has a huge display of kitchen accessories.
All communication by email with the company was speedy, helpful and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend this company and specifically this Cirencester store.
