Great friendly and helpful staff
Great friendly and helpful staff. We went in to buy some new saucepans and other things, and had selected two pans and a wok, and the staff checked and informed us that a set of three pans would be the same price as the two we were planning to buy, so we got an extra small pan included! Would recommend this store for anyone looking for cookware.

Great customer service
I had to take back glasses I had bought earlier in Gloucester as noticed one had a fault when I got home. I telephoned Cotswold outlet as my nearest store to home.
They got me a new box on arrival no quibbles.
