Friendly helpful staff
Both members of staff were friendly and helpful without being over pushy for a sale. They were also naturally friendly with none of the ‘in’ phrases that seem to be part of retail training recently. They moved easily between dealing with me and another customer.

Jason was helpful and knowledgeable when we came along to ProCook to purchase some new saucepans and a set of decent sharp knives. We did not feel hurried at all and were given a full idea of all the pros and cons with all items which were being chosen to suit our exact, personal needs. We got to use the knives to check out how they felt when in use, and this was done in a safe and measured manner.
Could not have been happier with our shopping experience and the items we finally bought. I’ve never enjoyed cooking dinner more than I do now!
