Exceptional customer service.
I went into the Harrogate store and couldn’t be happier. Georgina was amazingly helpful and able to answer my questions. She also understood and was caring of my Tourette’s. She was professional, courteous and a delight to talk to. A perfect example of customer service. The Damascus knife I bought is very well made, sharp out of the box and frankly beautiful. Very impressed with both product and especially the service.
