I was visiting family in Hatfield and needed a small pot. I wandered into pro cook for a look and the assistant was very helpful. He found me a pot, but I told him I didn't want to pau so much. Lady behind counter was sorting through stock and found a pot with lid that had been reduced and offered it to me. It has a small scratch on side. But I was quite happy with it it is a beautiful pot. Thank you.

Granite design oven trays poor quality
Bought a set of granite oven trays before Christmas 2023. Within 2 months had to return one as the guaranteed coating had blistered. Also, the design has a turned over lip which looks good but sadly when hand washed goes rusty because they can't be dried. Anyway, the replacement tray blistered like the first, but as I no longer have the receipt I wont get a refund. Sorry I cannot recommend Pro Cook.
