I bought teacups plus saucers previous week and they are so beautiful ; also looked at their cutlery sets at the same time .

How to train your staff to be more helpful
Got few cold shoulders from the shop assistant before getting a simple Yes or No to my question of "where do you keep your spoons"!!!
Too busy rapping an item for another customer was her excuse. !

Great shop, friendly service
The shop has everything you never knew you needed in your kitchen, and more - we got a bit carried away, so beware! Staff were friendly and prices in the outlet store were significantly lower than RRP.
