Customer Service Pro cook Huntingdon, Cambs
We used the Pro cook shop in Dobbies Garden centre in St Ives, Cambs. There was a young girl who went over and above to find us the knife we wanted. She rang around local stores and spoke with her manager to ensure the knife could be transferred to her store, keeping us updated of progress. We were able to collect the said knife yesterday. We were so pleased with the customer service, I will definitely use the shop again. Many thanks.
