Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The 2 women who were on duty in the shop were excellent. They knew their products and were informative, friendly and courteous. The product we bought (2 12 piece dinner services and 8 matching pasta bowls) are exactly what we wanted.

bright and welcoming
The store is bright and welcoming with a very good lay out. It is very easy to find what you are looking for with good examples of ideas for different set ups I.e dinner sets, cutlery, pan sets etc. The best part of my recent visit was the staff. The young lady that help myself and my friend had an amazing wealth of knowledge, was friendly and helpful while being professional but not pushy, which is something I find very encouraging and would make me want to visit your store again. All the items that I viewed in store where of a good quality with some brands I recognised plus new ones which looked interesting. They had the items both my friend and I wanted and much more besides. All in all a very pleasant and productive visit. I would highly recommend Pro Cook to anyone and will visit again.

Lovely shop

Kitchen knives
I have purchased cookware from them before I needed a sharp kitchen knife the lady who served me was very friendly and informative I was spoiled for choice i ended up buying two knifes and a pair of kitchen scissors i would definitely use them again
