Helpful knowledgable staff
All the staff in the stores seem to be trained in product knowledge, are enthusiastic about the products and eager to help the customer. This is rare nowadays and makes for a positive and enjoyable experience when visiting your stores.

Great little Temperature probe/Alarm.
Bought a temperature probe I can use in an oven. Cookes a brisket to perfection in my Ninja Woodfire Grill. Great. Only thing missing is a simple wifi connection to the phone so I can monitor while away from the grill but put that in the suggestion box for a new model and if it's reasonably priced I'll definitely buy.
