Missing item
Went into store to purchase a knife set only to get home and find that the sharpener was missing. The shop assistant was somewhat apologetic but this caused me to drive into the store twice for something that was simply human error.

A very helpful assistant
A very helpful assistant, who explained the products to me and answered my questions. First class staff.My only frustration was they didn't sell pepper and salt for the grinders, so I had to visit another shop.

I liked products at this store and…
I liked products at this store and prices are also good. I bought big bowl ( not decided for what yet), and really liked the white porcelain jug for sauces. Products seem to be high quality. I have not tested them yet as It is my first purchase there. Overall is very good.
