Quick and fair replacement from ProCook
Really positive experience with ProCook. I had a frying pan that started showing marks on the cooking surface after only a few months. I took it back to the store and Shane was extremely helpful. He took a look at the pan, explained what might have caused it, and replaced it without making the process awkward or difficult at all.
What I appreciated most was that he also took a bit of time to give me some advice on how to look after the ceramic coating properly so it lasts longer. It felt like genuine customer service rather than just processing a return.
Very easy, very fair, and handled professionally. Thanks again to Shane for sorting it so quickly.
