Good selection of saucepans, friendly staff. Pleased with the small size stainless steel one I bought, good quality, heavy base. Heats milk really well without scolding on bottom of pan. Will buy more

Fairly new to Procook, but starting to be a serious fan! Exceptionally knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. Just asking important good range of stock that will no doubt stand the test of time, with good range of prices for similar products, so you can spend a lot, or not so much, but even entry level stuff is very good. So far new knives tgat have transformed food prep, and the beginnings of a new saucepan collection, thanks Solihull, I will be back!!

Extended my range of tri ply elite pans just wanted to move away from coated cookware.
It’s not the easiest to use but once you get the hang of it you won’t want to go back. Nice and knowledgable members of staff

Super duper. Went to Solihull store. The woman in the shop was very helpful. We bought one stainless steel elite signature frying pan. We were a little nervous about the burning horror stories you hear everywhere but we YouTubed it and trusted in the science and had a ten out of ten first experience with a pancake no less. Delighted. Worked a treat. No nasty chemicals. No burnt on impossible stuff to clean. Fab. Went back the next day and bought another one!

Went in to look at all ranges of saucepans then left to look elsewhere for comparison - there were plenty of staff if we had needed help but no one ‘bothered’ us. We made our decision and returned a couple of hours later. There was someone on hand to help with couple of queries then the sale was completed quickly. Very good experience. Haven,t used yet but quality looks very good

There was a really good choice of the type of pan I was looking for and the member of staff, who came to assist, was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain. I shall definitely shop there again.
