I’ve bought off Procook before on line but this was my first time at one of their physical retail outlets. I shall definitely return - great experience, fantastic staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very Good Kettle
Great product at a great price and super helpful staff at the Solihull store. Very happy with kettle purchase that was exactly what we were looking for. It's stylish, lightweight and fast to boil. Only minor criticism is that it's quite loud when working.

Great product found!
Having searched in several shops over the past few weeks, I found just the product that met my needs. I was beginning to think it didn't exist! I bought a srainless steel steamer that fits 3 sizes of pan, excellent quality, within my budget. It will be very useful and last well. Polite and helpful service, too.

Fantastic service

great small blender but lacking in instructions on use, as this was the first one I've bought, I had to work out the settings and the use of blades by trial and error.
