Everything I have bought from Pro cook so far, I'm very happy with. Their stainless steel implements are effective and high quality. The kitchen sheers and can opener are both heavy duty and actually work.

The pan is no longer non stick and procook refuse to refund see more detail in the review detail
I choose Tottenham court road just because I could not submit the review without selecting a store location, my review is about product I bough online -
I bough procook thinking finally actually non stick pan is here. Used the pans for over 2 years and the pans are no longer non stick even after being careful not to wash using chemicals or using scrubs which can give scratch marks. After sending the email to procook with pan photos below is their disappointing response.

Thank you for providing us with all the information. This has now been reviewed by the Customer Service department and we can confirm this damage has been caused by excessive heat exposure over a period of time.
We have identified this by the discolouration to the pan.
Our guarantee wording states:
Please note the guarantee does not cover deterioration due to accident, misuse, discoloration, scratches, stains or damage from overheating.
On this occasion, we will be unable to replace the frying pans under your Guarantee.

A pan is suppose to get heated to cook the food how is one suppose to use the pan without heating?
And what exactly do you mean by overheating we have a induction stove and one of the issue we have is actually less heating as opposed to to what you get with gas stove, so how is this stove suppose to have overheated the pan can you explain?

Fantastic service
We went into the store and found a great deal on some knifes. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase as were going to the theatre.
The lady behind the till could not have been more helpful in finding a store nearby to where we live (Bluewater) which had the item in stock. She phoned them and reserved the item. The next day we went to the store and collected our item. Thank you!

The customer service was very good and I have no complaints. However, I noticed several products had 2 different price tags. EG, a frying pan in shop window was priced differently to the one on the shelf.

3-cup Glass Cafetiere parts fit Snowpeak French Press, love it
I love the 3-cup Glass Cafetiere with Softgrip Handle . I'm using the mesh ang spring ring for my Snowpeak French Press too, as I don't want the non-titanium, non stainless steel parts in it. Will make another French Press for an MSR Titan pot. I hope the measurements would become a standard for all camping, mountaineering and home cooking someday, so there will be less mess if you want to modify.
