I bought a frying pan couple of days…
I bought a frying pan couple of days ago , and after second use the color change like I have it for ages and when I went to the store they told us its because of the high heat so no guarantee for that but at least they should tell us that this product doesn't bear the high heat so we can avoid the damage

Not allowed to check the blade
I went to the store to buy kitchen knives. The assistants were helpful and whilst they would let me hold the knives by the handle, they would not let me touch the blades (company policy) which was the reason I made the effort to visit the store in the first place - a two hour round trip on public transport. The knives are not cheap and for me and, I suspect, many other people, the feel and quality of the blade are the most important factors. I want to know if they are likely to hold an edge. Whilst I understand that there may be some safety concerns, I am nearly 70 and I don't think I look like (or am) a threat. In the event, I bought two knives on the basis that I could take them home and try them and if they were unsuitable I could bring them back. They turned out OK but if that hadn't been the case, it would have meant another two hour round trip. Surely there is room for some flexibility and discretion.

Not happy with one of your staff
The girl that was working wasn’t helpful we were waiting for her to give us information on the product and she said she had to check on the stock availability and never came back to us but she was working on the floor ignoring us. She assumed that we not going to buy anything. This is totally unacceptable. But thanks for the other staff that came and helped us he was very helpful.
