We decided to update some of our kitchen ware, and chose items from your shop in Trentham. The two assistants were very helpful and polite, really good service without being too intrusive
The item had sold out, but kindly offered us the display model, cleaned it, boxed it, and the sales person was very polite.

Outstanding service in the Trentham Store...
Absolutely outstanding service from Sidney throughout our shopping experience at the Trentham Pro Cook store. It was a planned visit because we were shopping for high end Japanese steel chef's knives and had narrowed our list down to 2 ranges- the Aus10 and the Damascus ranges. We needed to physically handle the items and see them in person as this would be an expensive purchase. Sydney had the patience of a saint whilst we deliberated and could not have been more helpful. We further complicated our purchase as we wanted to ensure we got the best of the seasonal discounts which were available. She worked all the permutations out with us and we were very pleased and satisfied with our purchases. We bought various other essential bits & bobs and left the store delighted.
This is a terrific store, well-lit and brimming with gorgeous, quality kitchenalia; we are repeat shoppers 'on line' at Pro Cook because our nearest store , (Trentham), is a long way from us. We will happily journey to the store again when we need to see a Pro Cook item in person and would dearly hope to be looked after again by Super Sydney!
