We decided to update some of our kitchen ware, and chose items from your shop in Trentham. The two assistants were very helpful and polite, really good service without being too intrusive
The item had sold out, but kindly offered us the display model, cleaned it, boxed it, and the sales person was very polite.

First of all the Pro Cook shop was a good environment/nice atmosphere to be in. The product is good quality, excellent price certainly fit for purpose. Above all else Sinead who served me was lovely, nice personality. Good shopping experience,no doubt I will experience again. Thank you.

I went to ProCook to purchase a new stainless steel Roasting tin
I went to ProCook to purchase a new stainless steel Roasting tin. I already own a full set of stainless steel sauce pans,which I've had for well over 25 years. The shop in question had lots of choice and we'll displayed. My only niggle would be that there was no boxed new ones. Having paid just under £100 and having to carry it in open bag wasn't the best customer service.

Wrong price…
The item I purchased was wrongly priced but staff refused to honour the price despite it being the shop’s mistake and implied it was my fault. It was not a large amount but chandled better.
