We decided to update some of our kitchen ware, and chose items from your shop in Trentham. The two assistants were very helpful and polite, really good service without being too intrusive
The item had sold out, but kindly offered us the display model, cleaned it, boxed it, and the sales person was very polite.

Assistant found what I needed quickly. Price was exactly the same as online. Have used the cafetière a couple of times and good so far. Nice pourer!
