I when the other day, my experience was one of the greatest , is hard now days to get a great experience awhile shopping especially before ending anyone's shift. Majority who is working in sales,costumer service is tired and fed up with their jobs nowdays apparently. The girls who were on that shift were nice and welcoming into the store even though they were about to close the store. At the cashing out offers have been offered, and I love cookware offers and a nice smile obviously . This was my first time buying any of their products or entering in one of their shops. Thank you girls for making my day beautiful one while shopping.

My wife and I were surprised to find a Procook shop. Franky we never heard of it before. We have wanted to buy a Japanese kitchen knife for a while. Here we were attended by a person who explained the different options and even allowed us to use the knife to cut some vegetables, they had for the client. We bought the knife hoping to be happy ever after. End of story

Good shop and decent prices but sparse availability of staff and they weren't in their most cheerful moods when we got hold of someone.
All staff were professional, NOT rude, but just didn't look too cheered up, probably due to general busyness and fatigue manning the store during the weekend
