Procook bad delivery experience
I have visited the Wembley designer outlet on 18th April 25 and purchase the sets of 6 items for our family for Easter. The store sales girl assured me that the order will be delivered at home address free of cost as the items were heavy in weight i agreed to their proposal of free delivery for next day that is 19th April 25 so our family will have the set to use and cook our easter lunch and dinner But to my bad luck order did not get delivered and i was ashamed infront of my family as the order they schdeule to delivery on tuesday 22nd April 2025 and there was no option i have to spend additional £75 and purchase some low cost set for the family
Please dont accept free delivery from Procook as they dont have proper delivery system in place.
I did call procook to inform the inconvenience cause and the customer sales informed me that they will pass on the query to the store manager and assured i will be compensated but so far no reply from Procook
I will never buy from Procook they just give brand name but customer satisfication very very poor

Young girls who didn’t want to help that much couldn’t bother coming out the counter to show Easter labels. Look it was so much effort for them to work. Not good customer services there. They need to be train again.

Great quality products and customer service online. From the shop. We were told the products were checked when we picked them up to collect. When we got home. 3 items were not right.. Customer services were helpful and replaced the faulty items.
