Pleasant experience
I spoke to a female staff and she helpful and pleasant. It was a short visit but I was happy with products I found. Cookie cutter alphabet at the price of £1 was a real find. I will use it a lot.

They forgot to pack my knife and I shipped the pack without the knives. I lost £70. They refused to compensate that amount to ship again

Induction pans
I could not believe the selection and quality of pans and utensils ProCook stocked.
I ended up buying induction pan in green to match my kitchen decor.
I can't wait to go back and get more.

Waste of money. After a short while, they break in half
I purchased Reactive Glaze Oven to table set in grey on 24/11/2025 and after just a few uses in the oven, one of them broke in half which resulted in my meal being dried out.
I do not recommend
Try to find those old time ones which are normally found in markets like shepherds Bush market etc.
The set I bought came in 3 sizes and it cost me £29.10 whereas you’d get a longer lasting set of 3 for around £15 in a market.
Another issue is their stainless steel pots.
They burnt my food. I’m guessing they too are not made with good materials.
