Ordered two items. The quality of both is excellent and they are already in use almost daily. They look smart enough to be seen in an open kitchen dining area. Very pleased with our purchase. We did find being able to see the teams before purchase helpful although we went in to order on line.
The delivery time was swift and the item’s extremely well packaged.

Always helpful with good stocks. So sad this location is closing, it was so convenient. Love the pans in particular and kitchen accessories.

Pro cook staff are so helpful at notcutts in Widnes. They go above and beyond, helping you find items and are friendly and happy to serve you.

I’ve bought knives, pans and various sundries from ProCook over the years & have been very pleased.
I used my Damascus knives working as a pro chef & they performed well.
Recently had a problem with a non stick pan I’d had for around 5 yrs. couldn’t find a receipt.
Went to the shop & Joanne looked on her system & replaced it without hesitation. That’s what I call service.
25yr warranty.

Great products. If you are looking for something for the kitchen, from honey drizzlets to sophisticated food preparation utensils.. they probably have it. Good range of prices to suit most pockets from the everyday user to the full professional,

The assistant looked after us, and quickly sorted our order out, and pointed out a problem they had with the range.

I bought a full set of your gourmet pans of which carried your lovely guarantee, one of my pan lids the top handle came off so I went to your branch to replace the lid.
Firstly she said we can’t find your post code account and secondly we haven’t got the lid you will have to pay for another lid cost £2-01 which doesn’t match but the same size. So not happy xxx

The lady in the store was very helpful. My pepper grinder is great!

Product is great, however had to go with the 16-piece set as the next option up 24-piece only comes with the option of one or the other of the bowls and not both.
Would have rather had both bowls and left out the side plates (does anyone use these anymore!)
Would be much better with a mix and match option to suit buyers needs.
Will now have to buy the extra plates (not sude plates) and bowls to top up the set.
Great value despite the above moan.
