The customer service was just right. Helpful and not pushy. I bought a two handled pan and have used it on the hob, in the oven and on the table. A perfect size and very good quality. Easy to clean and very nice design.

The staff were extremely helpful in store, even finding an out of stock item in another store so they could fulfil my order. The pans have been really good so far with excellent choice within the range. Great to have pans that can go in a dishwasher and oven. I also like the draining holes in the lids which make life easier ! Excellent quality at a good price. Other items I've bought have also been good - I will definitely be back to shop again .
