The Mandalorian costume was terribly disappointing. All of it. The pleather pieces were crushed and can’t be fixed. The cape is literally an unfinished blanket with safety pins. I paid $125 for shipping and now I get to pay that all over again to send it back, if they even accept the return. There is no way I can replace this in time for Halloween now, it’s already September. Two thumbs DOWN.

The cosplay looks 100% like the pictures, the fitting is exactly like the size chart and I am so impressed by that! Also it came earlier than announced and I had a great customer service.

The boots for my Homelander costume were terribly cut and basically unwearable. The company’s solution? Buy new ones and hope they get it right. Plus pay for shipping 3 times (original, return, and new order). Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE - they refunded me the money for expedited delivery. Which I very much appreciated so I’m going to update my review to 3 stars. I still stick with the point that you should give yourself lots of time for an order and not use the expedited service.

Do not use ProCosplay if you want to receive your item quickly. I am convinced their expedited fee is actually a scam. The more I read the more I see people who pay extra never get them on time so I’m warning you not to fall for it. You will also be charged additional tax and duty so be prepared for that.

Although I did receive emails from customer service giving us a head up that it would be late, so had to keep bugging them to find out when it would arrive. And even though it’s late they never once offered to refund us the extra $ for the expedited shipping. They did offer us a $10 off our next purchase. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The quality was ok but my daughter will have to do some alterations. So their “customized” sizing isn’t accurate. I know it seems silly to complain about delivery of something like this as there are so many more pressing issues in the world but would like to warn fellow cosplayers like my daughter not to use this site. Save your money and use other more trusted suppliers instead.

Ordered a costume threw Procosplay.com it was very poor quality bent out of shape pieces cracked pieces and chipped paint I did reach out but they weren't very helpful their solution resell me the damaged parts.

Garbage. Cheap, Chinese made faux plastic garbage. Sizes make absolutely no sense. If u get a custom piece and something is wrong with it, to bad so sad. Tried to have me pay for a replacement. Don’t waste ur money. You will find better things on wish.

This was honestly surprising. I’ve seen the other reviews about returns and pricing, but tbh I did not get that at all. Not sure if the got a bad service or what. However, during my time riding what I believe to be one of the best quality cosplay fits, I received friendly, quick, and helpful answers, updates, and feedback. Even got a quick return on an item that had pants that didn’t fit. I am a pretty tall and muscular guy 6’4 237lbs, so getting a perfect fit is hard for me with the way my body is built. I got my sizing wrong on my previous order for my pants. Emailed them and no more than 30min later I received the apology (which wasn’t even their fault), a full refund and a new custom order delivery that only took 1/4th the time with of their posted delivery and make dates. So courteous, speedy, and friendly. Genuine site too. If I had to buy cosplay again I know where to go. Thank you Alice, (My Customer Service Agent)

I have ordered a Ganyu costume from Genshin Impact on their website which was labelled as "ready to ship". I had chosen the Fedex option for delivery to get my costume on time for the next con I was attending to, and well, no complaints! They’ve prepared the shipping real quick and it was there on time! Also, customer service was on point as well, and I’ve received exactly what I’ve ordered, it suited me just perfectly!

bought vergils devil may cry 3 outfit, custom size and they screwed up the measurements. the shoulders are too small and sleeves are super tight, was made for someone with twig arms, and narrow shoulders, and they are refusing to accept a return, and asking a impossible task of taking pictures of me measuring myself which is very hard to do by myself.

and i looked it up, isn't just me there's been dozens of buyers that had the same issue

Multiple issues; ranging from delivery to refund/return policy to sizing (both in standard sizing and custom edits sizing).

My suggestions are to look over their refund/return policy before continuing, also do NOT order any costume that does not specify ALL relevant measurements in its sizing details!

My experience:
I ordered this costume (Black Widow 2021 Black Widow 3 Yelena Belova Black Cosplay Costume C00664) before Halloween, with the site assuring me it would arrive on time (China to America delivery). I contacted support and asked about the delivery 3 weeks before Halloween, seeing as I had not received a shipping notification yet. Support assured me it would arrive on time. I was then contacted again 5 days before Halloween and they said they could not make the deadline. I opted to have them continue to send it instead of canceling the order at that point. I did not get the costume until December.

Once I received it, the sizing was off. The biceps of the size small costume measured 11 inches whereas mine are 13 inches. I noticed this measurement (bicep) was not detailed on the website despite this costume being a full-length jumpsuit. Once again contacted support, my options were to pay out of pocket to return the costume for a full refund or they would send me a new jumpsuit at cost. Seeing as this would have been similar prices I requested a new jumpsuit, size medium and specified the bicep measurement to be 13 inches.

January rolled around and I received the new jumpsuit, size medium... biceps measuring 11 inches again. I lined up the arms of the medium and the small costumes and there is no difference in the sizing from one to another. At this point I'm so frustrated and done trying to get this costume to work.

Additional: I would like to state I really appreciate the support staff; they were helpful and prompt. They offered solutions to the best of their ability. The quality of the costume also looks good, I really wish I could fit into it. Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend this costume nor this business due to the many problems detailed above.

Didn’t have no problem with Procosplay. Ordered the Spider-Man outfit and arrived within 2 weeks during busy Christmas period. Had tracking number soon as was posted. Will definitely order again, thanks

DO NOT ORDER FROM PROCOSPLAY.COM!!!!!!!! I paid $357.20 for two costumes and $75.50 for 'FAST SHIPPING' I ordered on Sept 1 and got my order 1 day after Halloween on Nov 1, two months later. They said it was the shipping crisis but they had mailed it out 6 days before so that was obviously a lie. The whole time they kept promising the costumes would be delivered on time. Lies, lies, lies. I filed a dispute with Paypal but it was denied. Unfortunately Paypal doesn't help you if the order arrives late, only if you don't get the shipment. Do not waste your money with this awful company.

Ordered the 2022 Batman Costume off procosplay and it looks so good! The quality is great and it came a lot sooner than i thought it would so I will definitely be ordering from them again.
An improvement that could be made is having the tracking and ordering information up to date. I only knew when my order was coming when I received a Text message from FedEx, having that improvement would really go a long way.

I ordered the Raven (Teen Titan) costume less than 2 weeks before Halloween. It was a scramble trying to find something we actually loved and that would be a good quality for the money spent. Not only did the costume arrive 2 days before Halloween (on time) but the quality was awesome! We were so happy. Thank you for being so helpful, through tracking and questioning, you were gracious and delivered! Very Happy!

The costume was fine, but I had given them 3.5 weeks to get me the costume, and I paid for expedited shipping. They didn't have part of it, and instead of contacting me they let it sit. It ended up getting to me 4 days after when I needed it. When I tried to get them to take it back since it was their lack of communication that caused it to be late, they lectured me about how they paid for fast shipping and it's my fault somehow. VERY poor customer service.

I placed an order for a costume in August, 2021 and expected that it would not be a problem to receive it for an event in the end of October, but I was wrong. First, the company will not contact you with any updates and will not provide you with a tracking number when you place the order. They will charge you a large fee for "expedited" shipping and provide no other options. They do ask for a date that you hope to have it by, but based upon their lack of initiative, it does not help much.

If you contact them, they will respond once a day via e-mail, but again will not provide a tracking number, unless you threaten to challenge the purchase. The deadline that I put on the order was not met and the company did almost nothing to compensate me for their failure to meet the deadline.

Once I received the costume, I could not be more disappointed. The workmanship is incredibly poor and the costume looks nothing like what is advertised on their website. For the very high price of their items, I expected so much more. I ended up needing to order another costume via Amazon, which was much less expensive, but about the same quality.

I cannot say this with enough emphasis: DO NOT ORDER FROM PROCOSPLAY! You will be thoroughly disappointed and will be out a significant amount of money. I will never order from Procosplay ever again.

After scouring countless cosplay websites to find a site that i was sure could deliver by halloween, i decided on procosplay because their site Specifically said they would get all orders delivered before halloween if ordered by a certain date. I ordered my costume on the 14th, it said i made my order on the 15th. Which is weird but not bad. I was sure i ordered well before the deadline (october 21) but my order was processing for over 10 days??? Despite very clearly saying “ready to ship” and that the costume would get to me By halloween at the Least. They finally shipped my order on the 25th, but by then i was extremely worried my costume would arrive on time. I get the tracking number and there it is, “scheduled delivery by 11/1” the day AFTER halloween. I’ve been closely watching the tracking information aswell because i was so worried it wouldn’t arrive on time, and i had at least hoped it would come early. But now i’m looking at the tracking and my order is just sitting at the facility that is supposed to be delivering my costume, which the caption “package not due for delivery”
It is the day before halloween and my package is sitting in state, completely capable of being delivered as i am about 40 minutes away from the facility, and yet they’re not delivering my package because “it isn’t scheduled to”?? I ordered from this site because they had promised to get this order to me by halloween. I am extremely disappointed with this website, and now i will be without my halloween costume! $80 for what?!

if you are a plus-size person like me, this company ain't for you. sure, they do custom fits but advertising a 3XL and having the cosplay be far from a 3XL is pathetic. I would not recommend.

I ordered myself the Scarlet Witch Cosplay (From the Wanda Vision finale). I ordered it in early September and had to correct altercations on the 14th. I was hoping that I could wear the outfit on Halloween (As there is also a convention in town). In addition I wanted to have the cosplay on the 25 to be able to make altercations if required. They assured me twice that the costume will arrive in time. However, I JUST got my tracking number and now it reads it will arrive after Halloween. I am quite upset with the company and will not be buying from them again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered two costumes on October 8. Tony messaged me and said he didn’t have a M in my man’s costume. We said small would be fine. Then, my costume had a hole in it and asked if I liked a replace my suit (slightly different). I said yes that’s be fine. And again on October 25th, said they won’t be shipped in time for Halloween. When I was assured after every convo that it’d arrive before. Even paid $62 for shipping to ensure it’s be here. Too late to order something else, and not interested in party city costumes as we had legit marvel costumes. Will NEVER use this company again and our plans are ruined. Tell everyone you know, seriously.
