Light Weight Padel - Fantastic Service
There was a sale on for light weight Padel rackets, and as a Beginner, that meant I was able to purchase my first Padel racket at a reduced price, even though I may not be taking it up permanently. The 'sale price' was an encouragement for me. I may not have bought anything because they are rather expensive to buy on a whim! The racket arrived quicker than expected and it is awesome. Thank you so much for a geat product. The light weight racket is perfect for my arm strength which can be affected by tennis elbow so easily. Update: I have now received the refund for the shoes and was not refunded for delivery. The terrible customer service continues. Why am I challenging my rightful return of cash for an error from the suppliers side

Appalling service
Ordered a pair of women’s F50 elite football boots for £220, within 6 months the bottom of the boot had started to come off. Emailed customer service with photo proof to which they offered a full refund. I posted the faulty football boots which were delivered 2 days later. I then spent the next 19 days emailing back and forth regarding my refund to which I kept being told I’d have to wait for them to process my return. Eventually I had my refund but as store credit and not refunded to my original payment method used to purchase the boots. They don’t have any size 5 football boots in stock so the store credit is absolutely useless so not only have I lost my £220 iv also got no boots to show for it as they were returned. I’m absolutely appalled by the service I have received from Pro Direct Sport and will be taking this matter further.
