When you go to Production Room, you don't get the usual 'pushy salesman' attitude that you'd expect from other stores. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also have the best prices, which is a bonus!

I spoke to someone on email for a few days about purchasing NI Komplete and then decided to drive over to the store for a demo which they offered to provide.
Sat down with one of the Richards who works there and explained what I was looking for in a product and he showed me around the software and answered any questions I had on the spot.
I found this a very nice approach and it was a laid back atmosphere and I didn't feel pressured into buying it like most stores would usually aim to do. I've bought a few things from this store as it's local to me and would always go back.

Being at production room was like being a kid in a sweet shop. Loads of great products, knowledgeable friendly staff and the ability to try before you buy. Was really pleased with my product and they through some leads in for free so i could get started. Fantastic shop.

There aren't many places where you can audition gear and ask advice about pro audio equipment but Production is THE place to do just that. Really helpful staff and a nice shop layout make it a comfortable environment to buy audio equipment. Whether you're buying synths or audio interfaces, monitors or headphones, mics and cables, the guys at Productions Room will help you find what you want and they'll most probably have what you're looking for. Would recommend to both professionals and non-professionals for all audio needs.

A great selection of products, I buy everything from them both for personal and business use. Price match guaranteed and they always have the best new products in straight after the release. Their knowledge/contacts are second to none and I'm really grateful for having Production Room on my doorstep.

I like to give my business to the Production Room over anywhere else, even if it isn't the cheapest price (which often it is) because they are real, you can go into the shop and try things out and this cannot be underestimated in an age of online only purchasing. Also because their friendly staff make the experience of buying so much more fun and they even remember my name and know who I am when I call up. That is priceless.

Production-room is my first point if call when shopping for new gear, simply because I know my stuff will come swiftly and in excellent condition. These guys are great and are willing to give advice where necessary. I've built a good relationship with them over the years and can "testify" to their honesty and good business practice!

Had a wicked time down Production Room. Had a good go on lots of gear which was very insightful. They were a very honest bunch who gave me a great deal on my Volca Bass Synth, would highly recommend these guys to anyone as indecisive as me!

I was interested in purchasing an Ableton Push controller for my studio but i hadn't used one and wanted to experience it before purchase. So I went the shop and they kindly set me up with the Push and an Ableton session and let me play with it to my hearts content. After about an hour i decided i wanted to go through with the purchase at no point was there ever any pressure on me to decide and buy. I love the friendly atmosphere of The Production Room and the staff are great.

I've purchased all of my equipment from Production Room over the past 2/3 years. The service is excellent, they're a great bunch of guys and they're quick to help you resolve any problems you might encounter with your equipment, even if it may be months down the line. They also make a wicked cup of tea! I wouldn't spend my money anywhere else.

I got all of my equipment form production room and I really enjoy coming in and talking to the staff, they always know what they are selling and will give the best advice possible. And I really like the chat option online.

Really impressive service - the staff were both incredibly friendly and knowledgable recommending what I actually needed, rather than talking me into an unnecessary purchase. Great online service where you can get some advice before you make the trip to the store. Pricing was as competitive as anywhere else I could find, both online and in store, and I couldn't be happier with my first "proper" monitors.

In my opinion The Production Room in Leeds is the only place for all my Studio equipment and advice. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very approachable. The range of equipment that they have is first class.

Production Room is a great store full of awesome but competitively priced gear. The customer service from their staff is second to none. I always make the trip from Doncaster to Production Room (Leeds) instead of seeking out audio equipment locally. 10/10 will use every time.

Ordered myself an Avantone CK-1 small diaphragm condenser mic from these guys and I was impressed with the speed of delivery. The item is perfect, brilliant in fact, and so no need to get back to them on this purchase. I'm very happy with my purchase and will most likely use Production room again!
