Very pleased

Very pleased with our dealings with SCG. Getting this project over the line has been slow and there have been bumps in the road with our previous supplier but SCG have been patient and have helped the whole way through. Having taken on the task of porting us over, they have kept us fully informed at each stage. We now have our new system installed and we are really pleased with it. It is simple and intuitive. The installation was trouble free and the training was good. Very pleased.

New phone system installation

We have had a new Evonex system installed.
Archie came to site to set up and oversee everything and despite quite a lot of programming hurdles encountered and many questions, he worked through in a calm and reassuring manner.
He has been on hand since for any queries.
Harvey also deserves a mention as he has managed the project and kept me updated throughout.

Training on our Evonex system

Liz provided excellent training on the Evonex phone system. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went the extra mile by showing us additional features we weren't aware of. She was highly professional throughout and even booked a follow-up call to check how we were getting on.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team

Very helpful and knowledgeable project team; while implementing the Evonex telephony system within my company I felt supported throughout the whole process. Response times could be slow at times, but usually fairly quick to get back once chased.

Evonex Install

Had a new phone service installed at our office.

Rachel helped ensure everything was prepped before install, ensuring our needs were understood and met.

Tim was great on the day, ensuring all issues were resolved as they arose and making the team feel at ease during the transition.

The whole process was smooth, and so far there have been no issues.

Can't complain about that service.

I noticed the Internet wasn't working so, phoned SCG. Amir said a problem had been reported & they would contact me as soon as there was an update. I put the phone down & the green light came on! Can't complain about that service!
