Terrible experience, never again - Experience Terrible, pas conseillé!
I have placed an order at the end of october, after 1 week I received an email informing the order was shipped.
After several days I had not received the parcel yet, so I contacted the customer service who informed the order was not actually shipped yet and it would have been sent the same day.
I received it two day after (13 days after placing my order) and many products were missing, while another one was broken.
In the bill included in the package, for the missing item the seller stated they already refunded the money, which actually was not true.
I contacted the shop to inform about the issue, sending pictures of the ruined product + of the bill with their notes on it, and the seller refused to give me my money back, saying they would send the missing items the coming week.
It is almost 1 month after my order and I have not received the missing items nor a refund.
Thankfully I paid with Paypal, and I have now open a dispute to receive my money back.
Terrible experience, awful customer service, I would not recommend to anyone. Stupidly I have not looked for the reviews before ordering.
Never again, one of the worst shops I ever bought from.
