Replaced old wood osfits with new pvc and new guttering. Guy was polite and they look lovely, good prices too

An unusually awkward job of with curved glass windows. Came across many problems along the way but nothing was too much trouble. Took two days longer than quoted for and cleared up great.

LONG VERSION REVIEW
It all started when a part of our fascia & soffit fell into our garden.

Urgently, we received a lot of quotes from all sorts of companies promising the world! Finally, we settled with Profascia HI! Why? From the time Felix arrived to provide a free quote we felt the company was authentic and worth a try! We even tried to bargain but Felix was blunt- NO! Unlike other companies he doesn’t inflate the quote and then play numbers games! Curiously, we also asked about paying in cash and rightly so he discouraged this approach and strongly advised paying through the books to have an accurate record! For us that demonstrated integrity! Overall, the quote was very informative and the price was extremely reasonable.

Furthermore, once agreed, Felix provided a full detailed quote with photos of the house and confirmation of work to take place. A invoice link was provided via email and we asked for a slight amendment in the description which was updated promptly! We paid the deposit and from then on everything went extremely well.

Work started promptly the following week (scaffolding for the conservatory came first) and the full job was completed in a few days!

We had the pleasure of Stacey (male) to do the whole job on his own. He worked solidly for 3 days from 8.30am-5.30pm with only a couple of tea breaks!

Alarmingly, he said that if we hadn’t had the work done within a few months the job would have been major as the whole roof would need replacing due to the rotten wood and asbestos! It was the worst damage he’d seen in years!

Stacey worked skilfully and quickly as if it were his own home! His attention to detail was exquisite and intricate! Also, on his last day he had a family emergency but still completed the job.

The following week when the alarm was reinstalled the alarm fitters actually complimented the excellent quality of the work.

We could go on and on but hopefully this detailed review demonstrates the authenticity of Profascia Home Improvements!

Felix was very customer focused when he called to carry out they survey. The product was well demonstrated and explained, plus a fully inclusive price quoted.
Workmen turned up on time and carried out a good job tidily making sure we were happy with the job at each stage. The result is very smart and well finished. We are very pleased with the result and are happy to recommend.

Good job, well organised and delivered at a good price. A small snagging was sorted out quickly with no fuss a few days later.

I am not a knowledgeable person on roofing but I got few quotes before that proved to be more then profascia I simply choose the cheapest so I am happy with the job as well.
Changed the old downpipe and did his best to repair a bit of flaked paint due to the pipe removal as well.
