If I could give a 0 review, I would. Avoid at all costs - I needed an emergency plumber due to a leak in a new house and made the mistake to not check the reviews first. I booked and then rang within 15 mins to cancel and the woman on the phone was extremely rude, shouting at me and not wanting to cancel. I had to ring twice and threaten them to cancel the job. Absolutely appalling.

Paid over £300 for them to do nothing. Turns out it was a really simple fix once I got the issue sorted with a different company! Only positive of this experience was finding ScamImmediately on X!

They are a scam company. I booked a provisional appointment with the understanding that I may cancel but when I tried to cancel the customer service robots just say they have forwarded your message to a manager and nothing else. With none contacting me afterwards.

The company does not appear to operate in the UK, they seem to be an offshore scam company with a shell inside the UK. I'm amazed they're allowed to continue to operate in the UK at all.

I contacted the company Jack's Plumbing Services who subsequently sent a gas engineer Pauluwa to see why my boiler has tripped. Within 15-20 minutes he diagnosed it was the thermostat causing the problem. He then took my boiler apart, despite telling him it was serviced recently. He declares the boiler was OK and it was definitely the thermostat. He deliberately made the job last 1 1/2 hours by doing this and charged £190 ph despite being told it would.be£180ph. He said he would contact us the next day with a quote for the thermostat. Needless to say we never heard from him again! We then employed a recommended gas engineer who came and checked the boiler and thermostat and said there was nothing wrong with either. He also showed us that he left live wires out of the boiler, for which we have photographic evidence and also bypassed the thermostat with another wire. This was completely dangerous. I have contacted the engineer who denies all this and says I'm not right and will not answer any further questions! He charged £380 for nothing.

Avoid these people total rip off. I called an electrician to isolate a socket and stop my circuit shorting, as my sockets would not work. The electrician sent apparently did no testing to see what was wrong, and did something to a cable then asked for a large fee and left. Just after the problem re occurred and we tried to call them back. They wanted another £180 call out so I declined their offer as didn't trust them. Called another electrician to sort problem and was told the previous electrician had not done things correctly and should have tested.

Absolute scammers! I booked a plumber with them the following day but cancelled within an hour as I wasnt able to make the appointment. The area manager called me and she tried to say that they're going to send a plumber anyway and that it's too late to cancel! Basically harrasing me to agree to the person coming. In the end i got so mad that I said I'll be calling the police if they try to harass me. To which the area manager replied "oh everything is harassment these days". Absolute joke and poor customer service.

DOO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The electrician was 45 minutes late, so i decided to cancel and find an alternative as they breached our agreed time, the guy was unequipped aswell. I tried calling them no answer, when i cancelled he tried threatening me saying i will be in debt over services i did not use when they didnt even read out terms and conditions. Very unprofessional rude and money hungry company. No policies were read no clear terms were stated. TERRIBLE SERVICE rude people and they were the ones that pestered me to book. They think people dont know their rights the fools, i wish we could give zero stars this company is terrible in every way dont use them

Absolute scammers! Charges £180 and hour for the plumber!

Plumber was late but was decent to be fair! The cost and the quality of their customer service was horrendous. Do not use them!

Rang up and they gave a time of 30 mins. 90 mins later I rang to see where they were and was told I would be contacted. Hour later and no response I rang to cancel. Was told I would be contacted again and again no contact

I woke up this morning to find my kitchen ceiling on the floor...soaking wet soggy mess. I rang this company for assistance, the plumber wad out within the hour and tracked the problem to a leak behind the toilet cistern (built in units so not something to notice ) it was full of grungy water! Initially fronts of unite all removed and pipes replaced and everything put back as before, also noticed leak on stopcock and sorted it! Cleared the ceiling debris for me and advised what to do next...probably took 1.45 hours

This company was shockingly bad - sending an unprofessional individual who dragged a tiny job of replacing a valve to a hour and a half job - £300 charged in total.

This is a scam company, They agreed on £180 to issue EICR certificate after checking electric connections I was told price was per hour whereas they agreed clearly over the phone one price, when i complained they started shouting over the phone . Please do not use this company. I felt sorry for the technician who was sent via this company and he did not have an idea too i was mis sold .

My husband contacted them and
we waited for a plumber from 15:30 until 18:00.No one came that's why my husband messaged them about cancelling and he called another company that came in half an hour.
The next day Pofessionalsimmediately called him to send someone to sort the problem but the husband explained that there was no longer
needed.The lady on the phone started screaming that this was illegal.It is absolutely legal to choose a more serious company.

I was sent two unqualified random people with tools in a carrier bag. They didn’t fix my problem- they said they didn’t know how!

Hello , my name is Alexis Jofre , I am base in Torquay , I use to work for this company they order me 50% of the money for call out .. the point is I did not want to carry on after they push me to charge at least 2 hours Job , which I refuse .. Then they threatened me that they were going to destroy my image, which now they make up names and leave me bad comments on Google, this is a company from Albania, it is said that they are based in Ireland. and in England they hire small companies.. they offer a percentage but force them to charge high sums of money or double the time at the place where they work.. be very careful with this company.. they used my company name, which I immediately notified Google. be careful, my company is Heat Pump Devon, if anyone needs more details, I can send them to you, I do it so that what happened to me does not happen to us.

Absolute trash. I agreed on a price £140 but they never told the plumber this. The plumber was expecting £49+£180 for the hour 🤯.

These guys will forcefully book a job in and then won't give a crap about the customer

I wish I had gone through the reviews before I had the same experience. I was informed my leak would be £180 and when the engineer came I was charged £400 just to screw something back into place. when I was contacting the company for a receipt and a report they never got back to me and kept, explaining someone will call me. I would definitely recommend this company. I hope someone sees this on time before they get booked again.

“To be honest I don’t know how authorities as HMRC or House companies doesn’t take any action against this companies I had a terrible experience with this heating service. They should be closed. They initially lied on phone how the service would be procedure and payment method too. Personally other company linked to them called CGH plumbing and Heating located in Plymouth came along to find out the problem. Initially They said they need parts to fix it and the boiler couldn’t be fixed on time that day so they would come back during the week suggesting more prices. I was in shock! I asked which parts need for fixing and they didn’t know which parts would needed, while a young boy was strategically waiting how get paid from me for only 10 mins of job. I felt very intimidated and I tried to justify the price and method because according the Professionalism immediately(just name) was totally different way to procedure from which I shouldn’t pay immediately after the service. Whatsoever They only ‘discovered’ the real issue after I had already paid, in less than a minute, only a single gas valve was off. I asked him is it seriously only the valve closed? Yeah! And I paid before £336, so I realised I was in a trap service. Also The service supposed to covered 1 hour. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. I called the office again why was paying so much for a valve closed knowing my boiler didn’t have any issue, they didn’t even reset the boiler and the staff lied again. So I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for transparency or quality work. I felt stolen”l highly do not recommend!

DO NOT USE AT ALL COST!

I called emergency-plumber24h to get a fix for blocked drainage in the kitchen and toilet for a commercial property as an emergency service. Then I was contacted by professionalsimmediately via whatsapp. The plumber came 1 hour late as previously arranged. When he came, I have explained to him that the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and toilet sink are blocked because they are in same pipes. I asked him, if this has something to do with roadworks in front of our shop. I said this because im not a plumber and it might probably the case. He then said yes its probably Severn Trent pipe because the blockage its all connected, and there is no point to clear it if the main waste is blocked. I think he was just too lazy to check and get his hands dirty, because he didnt even make a proper check, where the waste goes, and did not even touch anything. He was just busy calling Severn Trent and put the blame on to them so he could get easy money for call-out fee out of me. He was with plumber company called RELIABLE HEAT Ltd, which i googled and the company already dissolved! How convenient! Have asked him a number of times if he can do anything to solve it at the moment and what if the piping has nothing to do with Severn Trent. He was so adamant that it was from the main piping outside.

Was charged with £240+VAT for the time he called Severn Trent. When Severn Trent confirmed that their pipes have no blockage the next morning, the plumber then tried to charge me more if he needs to come back to finish the job for another £120+VAT per 30 min + material costs. Saying he could be there for hours depending the severity of the blockage. There goes what he said "any competent plumber should check it with Severn Trent".

When I tried to make complaints to Professionals Immediately, they just simply said "The management will call you asap" which i waited and tried for 2 hours but they just ignored me.

I cant go another day without proper working sink because we are doing food business and we need water source to cook and wash up, if not then we cant do business efficiently. So I've called another drainage company, they came within 30 min, unblock the drainage using drain snake, all problem solved, and charged me far less than the first plumber. Now I'm out of £240+VAT plus another hundred to get the other plumber to come. I wished I called a proper drainage company from the start!

For a emergency call out or to get your small electrical project completed at a time that suits you, normally they will have someone on site within the hour. So no waiting about, you wont be let down but you are paying a premium for that service but it can make sense. Standard of work has been good and generally they are consistent.
