Tailored mats that really are!

Great communications and a great product (car mats), would have given 5* but for the delivery time. Otherwise a very straightforward transaction. Would recommend this company.

Travel kit-great package for good price

Package came very nicely wraped, all inside is individually packed, nice big bag for all that stuff. Really happy with this purchase. The only thing is wrong delivery partner - I didnt get my package, because delivery company doesn’t work afternoons. They came (as they said), nobody’s home, they left without leaving note, I need to search where is my order, why nobody came, no sign of delivery... If not this, 5 stars will be automatically.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

VERY POOR SERVICE! POORLY PACK EMERGENCY CAR KIT, FIRE EXTINGUISHER WENT OFF IN BAG WHILST IN TRANSIT, WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE THE POWDER WENT ALL OVER MY CARPET, COMPANY RUDE IN MESSAGES, NO APOLOGY FROM THEM, I RETURNED ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND, EVEN HAD TO REMIND THEM TO DO THAT AS THEY HAD RECEIVED IT BACK & NOT REFUNDED! I WOULD AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEN, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR PACKAGING!

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback.
You have notified us that the item is damaged. We have asked you to send images which you did , thanks.
This was damaged in transit which we rarely get. We package 1000's of parcels the same way in an effort of reducing the costs to the customer.

Return was approved and label issued ,we promised a full refund on return, personally asked you to keep an eye on the tracking so i can manually process the refund the same day it returns.
Otherwise i would need to wait for the Goods In department will book the parcel back. Then the system would issue the refund in 7 working days.

The parcel returned at 11:58am 09/03/2018, refund was issued on 1:12 PM 09/03/2018.

I have reviews the messages with our Customer Service Manager and we both agreed that nobody was rude to you and all your messages where replied.
