The hold highly privileged information

The hold highly privileged information. On my highly selected email address that I shared with this company, after I shared my details with them, I started receiving spam emails non-stop and phone calls. The reason why I know it was them is because I hadn’t had spam issues and spam callers in a long time and at the same time. I shared my details with companies that hold this email address like HMRC, Barclays, etc. where Data protection is their priority. I would think that an investigation should take place as they have extremely privileged information.l and why are we trusting them with our information.

Easy to talk to in plain English

Good website to be able to review investment. Good communication when recommending strategy change. Able to send questions and queries and get a response. Able to speak to a real person with enquiries etc. Timely reviews to ensure my goals on target. Used them to bring other pensions across to cut down charges and increase values. Easy to talk to in plain English.

Bully’s

I have had an account with them for a few years now and they’ve been fine but recently they want to change my pension plan and have none stop emailed me every single day asking me to change it.

I’ve told multiple people who work there I don’t want to change it and I’m not interested in talking about it and I don’t want the emails anymore to which there is not option to unsubscribe.

They are pestering me and it almost comes across as a bullying tactic to just constantly bombard somebody with emails until they accept what you want.

Very poor behavior, would not recommend the service! I’ve had communication issues with them before as well this isn’t the first time.

Notice the reply “this was part of our duty of care and to help you make informed decisions.” The reality was we are going to give you one option which we want and won’t stop pestering you until you agree which is not helping me make an informed decision at all.

DON'T BOTHER

Honestly, I wouldn't bother. Quick to collate your money. Make it difficult to deal with thereafter

Everything was ok till I tried to cash in the pension.

Putting money in was easy enough. I then tried to get out. The amount qualified as a Small Pot pension. This was discussed during a phone call. But they then paid it as normal pension. This activated Money purchase annual allowance and changed my tax code with HMRC. At this point communication was message only and they were slow to respond. Eventually I got it sorted and paid as a small pot. But I was now left with 2 pension on my tax records and no amount of messages with PP would get it sorted. The last message from them was here is HMRC phone number sort it yourself.
Would definitely not recommend.
