Dies in two days

The flowers were very nice, but died two days later. For the amount of money and for fresh flowers they should last longer. I buy flowers at the local grocery store and they last longer then two days. Very disappointing.

These are not fresh flowers being…

I edited my review from one star to three star as they seem to have solid customer service. Someone did reach out to refund me following this. I stand by that it is not advertised that they are shipped in a box and that $20 is a ridiculous cost for delivery of flowers in a box. They did offer for a free bouquet of flowers so if I decide to give it another try and the flowers arrive in better condition, I will change my review again.

These are not fresh flowers being delivered by hand. These come in a box and they arrive looking smooshed and not worth the price you pay. It being shipped in a box is definitely not advertised on the website.

Did not receive the beautiful "dream come true" bouquet…

I ordered the "dream come true" bouquet for my sister who is in the hospital because of cancer surgery. She's suffered from cancer, chemo(some that burned her skin), numerous surgeries, etc. I thought I ordered her a beautiful bouquet. What she rcvd was a lot of greenery foliage with a few plants on top.. How disappointing! She deserved more than that

All flowers had brown on the petals

All flowers had brown on the petals. Five of the 24 flowers were drooped over. Not very nice.

I will not be using ProFlowers again

I will not be using ProFlowers again. I placed an order for an arrangement. The delivery was completely the wrong order: wrong flowers, smaller than ordered, poor quality (died in 2 days!!!!). I complained and the order was redelivered. It was better quality but still small and the wrong flowers. It’s not worth getting crappy flowers. I’m done.

UPDATE: I am happy to report that Proflowers has given me a 50% refund for my issue. I appreciate them trying to make it right.
