the desk came with not clear instructions,
I had to Youtube other instructional videos.

In addition my desk came with a missing foot.

Awesome desk and products.

Do not buy this product. I am now having to fight with this company once again as the motors in the legs went out again (2nd time). The first time was the week I bought it, and now again. The product is obviously not well constructed and I would advise you to buy from someone else. I informed them a week ago of this issue and I have had zero correspondence back from them, so naturally I had to call them back to talk with someone that has no prior knowledge and asked me to email them again. This is ridiculous and I would advise you take your business elsewhere.

Overall I am very pleased with the Solo Ryzer with the large table top. Video instructions were very easy to follow and we had the desk assembled and working in 45 minutes. Compared to other companies who manufacture the same type of product this is the one which should be at the top of your list.
I hesitated to give a five star review. When the table carton arrived you could see an area of damage and unfortunately when I opened the carton there was a small fracture in the laminate top near the utility well. So I guess maybe a better system of product protection may be needed or maybe this was an isolated event. Regardless, Progressive Desk was quick to respond and made it good on a partial refund.
Could not be more pleased with the desk.

So far I’m loving this new desk. No issues to report after the first week and it was much easier to assemble than my previous “normal” desks have been. 10/10

This desk was perfect! I needed a stand-up desk for my home office, and this fit the bill. Super sturdy, great color choices, reasonably priced and (mostly) easy to put together. I can now work longer hours at home without back pain from sitting.

It took almost three times to get parts and products shipped without being damaged because of improper packaging. And maybe more description of where to find all the parts like the center rails or in the framing and better labeling of the end frames and center frames. But it is a very sturdy desk and didn't take me long to put together the video that you can watch from scanning the QR code is excellent and very well explained motor is definitely quiet I love the four memorized positions and plenty of room and I do suggest getting the monitor stands cuz it even gives you more room.

The website was very detailed and the frame was better than I expected. I would definitely buy one again.

Such a solid desk. The 90 degree with the swoop cutout is amazing. Top notch quality, and packaging. Super fast delivery. Would buy again but tbh I probably never will as this thing is built so solid it will probably outlast me!!

I can't find any information regarding the size of the screw holes underneath the feet, making it difficult to locate the correct size thread to put my desk on wheels. Other than that, the desk is fine. I wish they sold a manual option as well since I will likely never need to raise or lower it.

The desk arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Assembly was challenging. But in hindsight, I should've assembled the desktop upside down and then flipped it over when the top was secured to the base. The overall quality of the materials is very good. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend the product.

Love the desk, but the instructions for putting it together left something to be desired. Could have been much better and easier to understand. Also, some of the packaging it arrived in smelled like it rode with a herd of cows. Thankfully, the desk didn't smell.

Absolutely love my desk. I bought a second! Solidly built in the USA. Smooth automatic lift on the desk. Easy to put together. Have recommended to Others. Everyone that sees it loves it. Someone who looked at mine ordered one immediately! Great product !!

I bought a progressive desk when we started working from home because of COVID. A week or so ago the desk froze, unfortunately in the standing position. I telephoned the company for technical support and a new controller was shipped to me without cost under the 15 year warranty. It is refreshing to see a company stand by its products like this.

I recently moved to 100% remote work and needed a desk that was flexible and large enough to be used for a few purposes. I found Progressive Desk and love it. It came in just a few days and it is a good quality product.

Great desk, but the L shape desk is much harder to assemble than I had anticipated. Other than that, it works great.

Ordered this early December. Finally received the product late January. They didn't even process my order for 2 weeks. Support couldn't do much to help things along. They didn't seem to be in a hurry to get my purchased product to me. Wanted it as a Christmas present but ended up waiting 2 months instead.

The product is great and my desk is everything i wanted it to be. Assembly was a little tricky, but nothing i couldn't figure out. A video of assembly would have been nice.
