I recently attended the Rent 2 Rent & No Money Down 3 day course, and it was such a brilliant experience! Kevin McDonnell was an inspiring and engaging speaker, and the mentors - Emerald Fisk, Muzzie Nduna, and Darren Burrow - were incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help.

The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after from start to finish. I learned so much and now feel way more confident about moving forward in my property journey.

If you're thinking about starting or growing in property investment, I can’t recommend this course enough - it’s a real game-changer!

The trainers were knowledgeable, entertaining and engaging.

There were many creative strategies (covered in depth) to generate cashflow from property, not using your own money, even when you don't own your own property.

I cannot put into words the amount of golden nuggets 🪙 of information you get during this 3 day intense training session.

The knowledge was gold 🥇, the training was entertaining 😂 and everyone was so helpful and wanting everyone to succeed 📈 which are the types of people you need to help you achieve success, change your mindset and change your life 🙏

By the end of the three days your brain will be melted 🫠. However, the costs for the course itself will is outweighed by the sheer knowledge you gain from the three days 📖 (as long as you take action to embed these)

To be really honest i have been to many training companies i tried and tested them all they failed me and failed them, but i have been coming to Progressive since 2019 it s been a slow start for me and a positive journey for me with progressive we are a growing family, the most positive result are in me and myself, i just been told and been taught do things the progressive i just follow and implement them a bit like copy and paste yes just copy your leaders and nothing will go wrong if you don't get the first time as long as you believe in your self every thing you are thought it will work, trust in your self and your mentors and trainers things will work out don't give up. you give up you let many down including your self, that will the end of your Legacy

Absolute bombardment of emails and phone calls after i told them I wasn’t interested, unsubscribed and told them if I get anymore I will write a review and so here I am as yet another call and message left today! Awful sell tactics which border on harassment. Shame to get poor reviews if the actual event is useful but I wouldn’t know as I was out off beforehand

I was eager to book onto one of their courses as on the face of it they seem great, however after signing up for more details I have been bombarded with calls from their overly pushy and aggressive salesman Alessio, who always seems to call at the most inconvenient times and then proceeds to strongarm you into paying over the phone, despite giving the bare minimum details about what you're actually paying for. I can't speak for the course itself as I haven't tried it, and won't be after dealing with Alessio.

the people at progressive are warm, energetic and full of knowledge.

Kevin is one of one and super inspiring, as well as many other members in the community.

Toni Grand and Darron Williams recently delivered an outstanding presentation on the BRRR masterclass. Toni’s entire team responded promptly and thoroughly to all questions, providing me with an exceptional understanding of the entire process.

A lot of information to take in but Toni gave all the information at the right time, she made it fun and enjoyable and completely recommended it. It’s really open my eyes to property.

Just completed 3 days of Rent 2 Rent and No Money Down training with Kevin McDonnell. What a fantastic course that really built upon what I had learned from reading Kevin's book several times. Kevin and Emerald were speaking throughout the weekend and were both extremely knowledgeable and delivered the course with great humor to keep us engaged, whilst confirming our understanding throughout. Other mentors were helping to answer any questions, so it really was an informative weekend. The evening meals were a great way to network with like-minded individuals. I cannot rate this enough if you want to learn the techniques that can change your life.
