Just finished a very informative 3 days doing No Money Down training with Kevin McDonnell.
Great guy, very knowledgeable, and the man knows his stuff. Not just great content, but backed so with live examples and real deals that he has done. Some great case studies.
I would highly recommend progressive property and in particular Kevin McDonnell, the king of No Money Down!

I did Kevin Mc Donnell’s No Money Down & Rent to Rent training and I have never been on anything like it and this is after owning 2 Buy To Lets for 18 years. Everything he said was backed with evidence and when questions were asked even more evidence was shown. I left the training feeling very equipped, inspired and raring to go. Most importantly, I left with a changed mind. Thanks Kevin.

The No Money Down Training of Kelvin McDonnell was really exciting and it wasn't a waste of money. He is really a street smart man.

I know I wrote a review before, but I simply cannot praise Progressive enough. Whenever I speak to the lovely people at Progressive Property/Progressive Success, I wonder whether there is ever another training organisation here in the UK that cares so much about us clients and customers and wants us to succeed. A big shoutout goes to Sam, who checks in with people in The 45 group and wants to make sure we make the most of our "45 year" (we had a long chat today). And there is Awais, my Development Manager, who checks in regularly with me and - like Sam - is always there with great tips and advice.

Would not recommend renting a property from here. First of all, the agent was half an hour late to my viewing after being told he would be "5 or 10 mins". After viewing the property, I went down into the office to pay a bond of £150 in cash. At the time, I was desperate for somewhere, so I just took it anyway. An hour later, I had the opportunity to live in a better property. While I understand that at that point I had already signed something to say I would take the property, you would think with it only being an hour, they would give it back in good faith. The excuse given was that it was "policy" and they had begun referencing that, which must have been a heavy hours' worth of work to cost £150. Really disappointing.

Kevin McDonnell's No Money Down and Rent 2 Rent course was fantastic with great input from Emerald. Really illuminating. Opened my mind to a whole new world of property investment opportunity. My learning journey begins here. Thanks!

Genuine support and care is given to move into becoming a property investor without making all clangers. To move forward quickly and be ahead of the game! You have work at it like in everything plus work on your own internal critic and review how you got here today, to uncloak the old and move forward to the new...Time is Now or Never!

The courses I have done so far with Progressive have been delivered in a very professional manner & given me the tools & confidence to get started on my own property company. The level of knowledge & enthusiasm the team bring to the table really is second to none.
I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of starting their own property journey, to book on to the No Money Down course with Kevin McDonnell & the team. Be prepared to have your mind blown when shown the more creative strategies, they really are an eye opener.

A lot of tuition in a short time. Top quality information and shared experiences which gave a greater insight in how deals can be completed with the satisfaction of both of parties.

A supremely energetic and informative Kevin gave us a world class university property education in just three days! My mind hurts from how much I’ve taken on board, definitely glad I came to his training.

Kevin Mcdonell and all the trainers at the No Money Down Training in February 2025 were awesome. The Training gives you lots of information to start your property journey. Wish I had known about Progressive and Kelvin a long time ago.

Well where do i start...
I was called by one of the team to see if i was interested in attending the event and booking my spot plus a VIP dinner. I booked the VIP dinner in hopes that the restaurant would be great. After all you are meeting millionaires... If anyone thinks about booking the VIP dinner for future dates i would highly recommend to AVOID doing that as they make you think your getting a good offer with food and limited seats of only 15 seats that i was told on the phone but the reality is they sell you it to book seats which turns out to be 40 plus seats so yeah not a VIP in my opinion. As for the food SHOCKING!!! I have never seen such bland and low quality dry food that looked frozen and microwaved!!! Bearing in mind i paid £60 for that food.

Moving on to the event day...

I arrive for a VIP breakfast which they sold to me over the phone that didn't exist!!! NO BREAKFAST. JUST A TEA. Eventually Rob Arrives and starts discussing about making money and how to do it which i can only describe as fancy wording. 25 mins later he gets us to do social networking around the room with other people but as that happens the DJ starts blasting music so how am i suppose to hear anyone??? Furthermore through the day i started to get some suspicions that certain people in the audience are in on the script acting to make it seem to other people it was legit. Certain questions that were being asked were only to get people to buy Robs or other millionares books off amazon.

For the entire event of 10 hours Rob was only there for 2 and half hours then after that some other millionaire just mainly starts taking about its a great investment and you wont regret it. Then they hand out applications right on que before you know it they want you to hand over 9K which is not told over the phone. Its just to get you there!

One last thing that i did not appreciate was how i was looked at by certain members just because of the way i was dressed and spoken to.
Most questions i asked was mainly blunt and vage responses but as soon as a smart person in a nice suit asked certain questions they responded in full detail with a smile which i dident get at all!

Its not like i dident have the money to invest but why should i let someone take my money if im going to be judged on what im wearing!!

Would i recommend you go to these events??? Absolutely NOT its just little sneaky ways of phycology they use to handing over your money.

What did i get out of the event?? nothing! Just a waste of half a tank of petrol 200 Miles for false advertising over the phone! SHAME ON YOU PROGRESSIVE PROPERTIES.

Attended the 3 day Rent to Rent /No Money Down Masterclass with Kevin Mcdonnell...MIND BLOWN! His, honesty, energy and advanced knowledge property investing...second to none! Considering joining the Mastermind too.

Such a great 3 days with Kevin and his team at progressive, left feeling inspired and energised to get going on my property journey.

I first became acquainted with Kevin McDonnell via listening to his book on Audible "No Money Down Property Investing". I found myself immediately feeling inspired by this man's energy and honesty about all the things that he'd done wrong in the past and his journey since. It lead me to wanting to find out more. I carried out some research and found that Kevin was in the middle of a new book launch for "How to Raise Money" and ordered the book. I received a free ticket to a 3 Day Property Event and decided to go along to find out more. I felt really inspired over the weekend, feeling like someone had given me the key to unlock my brain. I decided to invest in myself and book on the No Money Down & Rent2Rent Masterclass which I have recently attended. The energy which Kevin displays in his book, and at events he seems to carry everywhere he goes. He has a world of knowledge and is very passionate about what he does and what he's trying to achieve and makes you believe you can achieve it too.
I have now signed up to Kevin's 12 month Mastermind programme and looking forward to implementing creative property techniques in 2025 with support from Kevin and other mentors!
